The Role 

  • 12+ years of experience in the infrastructure space across Datacentre Technologies, RIM, Cloud & Security
  • Prior knowledge & hands on experience across multiple areas (at least 2 to 3 areas) like server infrastructure, virtualization platform, networking, hosting, data centre management and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP solutions like Oracle EBS and SAP hosting on cloud to handle.
  • Technical Leadership for critical / major issues, Presales / Solutioning Support
  • Driving Technical Improvement Initiatives / Innovation initiatives & Projects, KT Planning & Support for new clients
  • Understanding of Operating Systems, Security, Cloud, High-Availability (HA)/DR
  • Strong experience in ITSM & SRE processes
  • Experience in customer-facing operations / Technical delivery management positions with proven experience in Remote Infrastructure Management, Cloud infrastructure & security
  • Good knowledge and experience of multiple project delivery methodologies (ITIL, Scrum, Agile)
