Join a dynamic instructional technology program that offers advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Technology, and an online Master of Arts in Instructional Technology. You will be part of a vibrant student community and collaborate with a dedicated team of five research and teaching faculty members.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative and rigorous research in instructional technology.
- Mentor and supervise master's and doctoral students.
- Collaborate with doctoral students on research projects.
- Secure external funding to support research initiatives.
- Chair and participate in dissertation committees.
- Provide leadership in enhancing technology initiatives across the state.
- Contribute to the department, college, university, and professional communities.
- Design and teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in instructional technology, in various formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online).
- Assist with program administration.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and technology theories and applications.
- Proven record of scholarly research and excellence in teaching, both online and in-person, at the postsecondary level.
- Strong ability to secure external funding or significant potential to do so.
- Experience in mentoring and advising graduate students.
