What you will do: 
The ideal candidate will be part of and collaborate with a variety of teams and executives on programs, products, and initiatives that support eXp agents and the continued growth of the eXp brand. 
They will have a strong project management skill set and exceptional writing skills. A background/understanding of residential real estate is highly desirable. 
This role offers the candidate an opportunity to be an integral part of driving the company's continual growth as it changes the real estate brokerage industry. 
Serve as a strategic marketing/communication partner working with executives and teams by writing, editing, coordinating, planning, providing counsel to C-level executives and executing external and internal communication. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff, developing marketing and social/content to tell the eXp Realty story to internal and external audiences. 
  • Independent thinker with the ability to act as an owner, proactively and resourcefully acquiring necessary information and making recommendations
  • Drive strategy, create content and determine ideal tactical implementation for external and internal communications and to staff and agent/broker audiences. 
  • Script short-form video, social content, and sales copy  for internal/external use.
  • Manage and lead a collaborative and creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared success
  • Other Accountabilities as assigned
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 4-7 years experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate/B2B marketing and/or PR. 
  • Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges. 
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of marketing professionals
  • Creative, flexible, gritty and resourceful team player. 
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities as well as project management expertise using Monday.com (or similar software), copy editing experience a plus.
  • Experience in creating and managing corporate positioning and messaging is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement communications strategies, plans, and solutions. 
  • Experience running B2B/industry/corporate strategy and outreach. 
  • Experience/understanding of residential real estate from an agent perspective.
