Kelly FSP is seeking a Process Coordinator to join the Process Development and Delivery team. This role will manage activities for the Clinical Trial Delivery Quality Management System (QMS) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and maintenance in partnership with R&D Quality Assurance (QA). The individual will collaborate with stakeholders and functional leaders across R&D to enhance clinical trial delivery process efficiency and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Process Workstreams: Schedule meetings, take notes, and monitor RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
  • Process Mapping: Manage low complexity process mapping activities.
  • Content Translation: Execute the translation of process content from LUCID into ELEVATE.
  • Data Management: Transfer process maps from LUCID into structured data backbone and load data into Airtable. Troubleshoot issues with the Point B tech team and Process Leads.
  • Unit Testing: Schedule and run unit testing to ensure appropriate translation into ELEVATE.


Qualifications:

  • Education: BS, MS, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ year experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare, or related industry preferred.
  • Skills: Understanding of process improvement mapping and documentation.
  • Additional Experience: Experience with matrix organization, business projects, multi-disciplinary teams, or strategic change management projects preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
  • Agility: Ability to work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting to different work, culture, and communication styles.
  • Adaptability: Function well under pressure in a changing environment.
