Nous sommes en contact direct avec nos clients et le bonheur de leurs compagnons à quatre pattes dépend de nous !

En tant que Customer Support Specialist, tu apprendras tous les secrets du parcours client de notre entreprise. Tu seras en première ligne en aidant nos clients pour leur proposer une expérience aussi personnalisée que possible.

Mission :

  • Support client : tu offriras des solutions rapides et personnalisées pour nos clients, via le téléphone ou par mail.
  • Coach en nutrition : tu recevras une formation sur la nutrition animale et tu guideras les clients de bout en bout pour t'assurer de trouver la nutrition idéale pour leur(s) boule(s) de poils.
  • Compte-rendu : tu feras chaque jour des comptes-rendus sur ta performance.
  • E-réputation : tu auras pour tâche d’identifier les clients les plus satisfaits et de les contacter pour obtenir des commentaires positifs sur la plate-forme TrustPilot.
  • Ventes : tu devras t'assurer que les clients connaissent l’ensemble de nos produits et faire tout ton possible pour leur offrir les meilleures solutions.
