Your missions

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to work remotely for an e-commerce company based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions including calls, emails, and chats, while accurately documenting each interaction and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements, assisting them through troubleshooting processes and offering effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines while troubleshooting technical issues, escalating cases when required.
  • Proactively identify patterns and recurring issues, suggesting enhancements to processes and product functionalities.
  • Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through empathetic, patient, and professional interactions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
