Your missions

We are looking for an experienced games producer to join our team and help deliver an exciting new project on an all-new IP. This will be an excellent opportunity for a producer looking to lead a project at a fast-growing indie studio, where you’ll be working closely with an incredible team at all levels of seniority to deliver on our vision.   

The successful candidate must have shipped at least two video game titles, one end-to-end from concept to delivery and one on a console platform where they’ll have acquired some knowledge of the certification process. They’ll also be extremely well organised, kind, patient and take great pride in optimising workflows to ensure the team can achieve their best work. They will have been the producer across a whole project and proven their ability to deliver on the big picture.  

The producer must be confident in creating and maintaining plans and working independently to tight deadlines. They will be working closely with the Design Director, Lead Designer, Lead Programmer, Lead Artist, and Art Director to make sure scope is kept in check and that features are carefully prioritised to ensure timely delivery.   

The role can be based in our offices in Hove, remote, or a combination of the two – it’s up to you.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint work of art, design and code teams 
  • Build and maintain schedules for content, features, localisation & QA  
  • Report issues and progress to the wider team  
  • Own and manage the content roadmap  
  • Championing the player and market needs at every step  
  • Play the game, make sure it’s good! 

Requirements

  • 5-years games industry experience in production  
  • End-to-end production experience; has taken a game from concept to release  
  • Shipped title on either PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo platforms  
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Hansoft  

Desirable: 

  • Interest and appreciation of relaxing games  
  • Experience with VO  
  • Experience in live ops production  
  • Experience with Early Access/Game Preview  
  • Experience working with IPs
