What we’re looking for

Our client, a leading US-based Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Editor to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in post-production editing and a strong understanding of both video and static content creation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of working within an ad agency environment, handling multiple clients, and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Perform post-production editing for both video and static assets, ensuring high-quality output across various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create content that aligns with client guidelines and advertising strategies.
  • Work with multiple clients, managing deadlines and delivering content that meets brand standards.
  • Utilize expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop for editing and asset creation.
  • Incorporate AI tools such as Generative Fill for Photoshop, ChatGPT, MidJourney, and Runway into the editing process to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Develop and edit UGC (user-generated content) for social media platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with team members during Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in post-production editing, preferably within an ad agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Generative Fill, ChatGPT, MidJourney, and Runway.
  • Experience creating and editing UGC content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of advertising tactics and working within client guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
