Job description

Were looking for a medical writer who is excited by the opportunity to use their scientific knowledge, strategic skills and creative flair on an established account with a marketing client.

The role will involve developing a strong partnership with our clients, producing highly scientific and creative content that is strategically aligned and tailored for multiple audiences across all indications for two products in rare respiratory diseases, one in late-stage development and the other well established. Youll join a team dedicated to creating impactful content that drives behavioural change, rolled out across a range of tactics.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing a trusted partnership with the clients, leading communications as needed on both scientific content and strategic approach
  • Creating high-quality, emotive and impactful scientific content according to scientific data and evidence, in line with the clients strategy and project objectives including strategic guidance, marketing booths, training app content, infographics and internal education and engagement
  • Understanding our clients challenges and actively contributing to support the recommendation of targeted solutions
  • Potential to provide support with BD activities for the client company and beyond

What youll need

  • Two or more years of relevant agency experience in medical communications or healthcare marketing
  • The ability to adapt your writing style to the interests of the target audience and desired tone, to create tailored communications delivered across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered to the expected standard, timelines and budget
  • The ability to lead projects with multiple elements to create a cohesive storyflow that drives engagement and behaviour change
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and recognize opportunities, approaching challenges with a solution-focused attitude
