The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation, user stories etc.
- 1-1 stakeholder interviews, facilitation of requirement workshops, stakeholder mapping
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, Data management/delivery teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Engage in conversation with data consumers to understand their data & reporting requirements and make them aware of the data platform readiness to support those requirements.
- Collaborate with data architects and modelers to communicate potential data and reporting needs, translating high-level reporting requirements into specific data and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Experience in one of the following areas is required; Data Democratisation, Data Products or Data Management / Data Integrations
- Ability to understand complex business processes, data models, and reporting workflows.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Google Looker or similar platforms.
- Domain Expertise: Fair understanding of Telecom domain
