Your missions

Our client, a leading online casino, is seeking a communicative Reactivation Agent to join the team supporting a white-label casino operation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the online gambling industry, along with strong phone communication skills. Experience in a Customer Support or Reactivation role within the online gambling sector is essential, and native-level English is required.

Position: Reactivation Agent

Reporting to: Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (in-office twice a week in Naxxar during the probation period), remote there after
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with inactive players via phone to encourage them to return to the online casino.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing player inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with players, gaining insight into their preferences to tailor offers and promotions aimed at re-engaging them.
  • Use effective communication and persuasion techniques to highlight the benefits of returning to the online casino.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native-level English proficiency; additional languages, such as German, are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the online gambling industry, preferably in a Reactivation Agent, Customer Support Agent, or similar role.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade players.
