Job Description

  • Support the Operations Manager in smooth running of factory and office operations, and work closely with the overseas
  • HR team to develop strategices and process inThailand.
  • As a HR generailist with hands on experience in recruitment and selection, staffing relations and engagment, compensation & benefit, performance management and factory administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the projects and arrange communication for all employees.
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and the company regulations
  • Collaborate with the senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that meet the business objectives.
  • Proveide Ad-hoc projects as assigned.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business administation, or relate discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years' solid and hand on HR experience with a focus on manufacturing or factory environments and regional experience would be advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly within the manufactuirng sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with all levels of employee.
  • People-orinted, with positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Fluent in wring and spoken English
