We are looking for a responsible Sales Manager to join our team. Your task will be to help promote our gaming brands on the global market. Working remotely, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and make a significant contribution to our success.


What experience is important to us:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support/call center.

  • Proficient command of the Russian language, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of basic customer interaction methods and the ability to effectively handle objections.

  • Ability to remain resilient in stressful situations.

  • Display of friendliness and a positive attitude.

  • Confident computer skills.


What you will do:

  • Provide consultative support to existing clients (outbound calls).

  • Resolve conflict situations.

  • Deliver high-quality consultations.

  • Pass on information to other departments.

  • Handle objections.


Working schedule:

  • Schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Kiev time), 5/2 (floating days off).
