Your future company

Currently, for one of the SSC's located in Poznań, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader, who wants to coordinate GL team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a Shared Services Center (SSC) with a focus on General Ledger processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong English skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of General Ledger (GL) Accountants, ensuring efficient daily operations and workload management.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal clients, prepare Statutory Financial Statements, handle monthly GL reconciliations, and oversee Month-End Close Reports.
  • Participate in projects related to new systems and process improvements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
