UI/UX Designer & Product Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile UX/UI Designer & Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you’ll own the product development lifecycle while also being responsible for creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and other departments to shape our platform’s future while balancing user experience with business objectives.

Location: This role offers flexibility and can be either fully remote, with candidates ideally located within or close to the European timezone, or hybrid with the option to work from our offices in Cyprus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps.
• Conduct user research to identify user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and iterate on UI/UX solutions based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual representation across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both product management and UX/UI design, or willingness to be up-skilled in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centric products and user interfaces.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate both design and product decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience working in an agile environment, leading sprints and collaborating with engineering teams.
• A passion for creating high-impact products that solve real problems for users.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

• Prior experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
