UX UI Designer

Our client is a leading B2B service provider based in Cyprus, specializing in developing, maintaining and deploying various IT and customer-based services to numerous businesses around the world. They are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating engaging, user-friendly platforms. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team.

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with experience in creating user-centered designs and improving web platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interface and experience of their digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand. You will work closely with the development and marketing teams to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role offers flexibility with remote work initially and later relocation to tjeor offices in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UI team to design and improve user interface elements for web and mobile platforms.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
• Continuously enhance the website by identifying and implementing UI improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design digital content such as banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Participate in brand development projects to ensure visual designs support the overall brand strategy.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve user interactions and experiences.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to implement into projects.

Requirements;

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio of work on web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work with developers, marketers, and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a drive for delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end development knowledge would be considered as an asset

• Familiarity with brand development and visual identity design would be considered as an asset
• Previous experience working remotely in a team environment would be considered as an asset
