Opportunity Description:  Searching for Aeroshell Materials SME to support redesign of heatshield avcoat blocks and delta qualification program planning and execution. 

Required Skills:  Candidate shall have the following required skills:

·         Experience with Avcoat or other ablative materials

·         Experience with NDE evaluation techniques and capabilities

·         Experience with material allowable test planning and execution

Desired Skills:  The following skills are desired:

·         Experience with probability of detection test plan development and execution

·         Experience with NASA programs

·         Hands on experience with use of bonding materials, processes and techniques
