With the process improvement analyst internship, you will work with a mentor to learn how business improvement analysts play a vital role in the company’s success. You will also get opportunities to network by attending diverse social events and meeting leadership in multiple areas.

What You’ll Do

The Process Improvement Analyst role will develop skills to assist with assigned business units providing workflow and process analysis, problem solving, solution recommendations, and implementation while developing strong business partnerships. They will be assigned projects that include research, analysis, documentation of business systems, processes, procedures, and workflows.

The process improvement analyst internship offers opportunities to:

  • Support assigned business units through the development of strong relationships and learn business acumen by learning the roles within the unit and their workflows and processes.
  • Working with a mentor, improve business processes to positively impact key business metrics using the latest techniques, tools, and methods.
  • Meet with key business and technology leaders to provide project updates and recommendations, with opportunities to benefit from coaching and feedback.

What it Takes

To be considered for this position, the following criteria is necessary:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree in Business, Communication, Data Analytics, Management or a related field
  • Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00
  • Expected graduation of December 2025 through May 2027
  • Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
