Position Overview:

As the Product Marketing Manager, B2B, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the B2B space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to create compelling messaging, drive product adoption, and support the overall growth of our B2B offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, Healthcare Insurance market, and the ability to translate complex product features into clear and compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    Assist and drive product market research, develop competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within a B2B environment.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Messaging and Positioning:
    Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, clearly articulating the value and differentiation of B2B products in pharmacy and healthcare technology, Health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Create sales tools, presentations, and collateral to support the business development and sales teams in effectively communicating the value of our products to industry professionals.
  • Product Adoption and Engagement:
    Drive product adoption and interest through targeted awareness efforts, including digital marketing strategies, industry conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities, including presence at industry events, trade shows, etc.
  • Customer Feedback:
    Keep the pulse of the B2B customer segments. Partner with Customer Insights/Voice of Customer team to gather feedback to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies. Ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals and coordinate press release planning of major milestones.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on B2B markets in the Pharmacy, Healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharmacy industry and Pharmacy technology.
  • Deep knowledge of Pharmacy, PBM and Provider relationship to create effective messaging and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including the creation of sales tools and collateral.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
