The Native Apps team at ezCater is responsible for building and maintaining our suite of five iOS and Android apps. These apps serve both sides of our marketplace–demand (customers) and supply (caterers). We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join this team and take ownership of the roadmap, execution, and ongoing evolution of our native apps.

What You'll Do:
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: You will work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Research to develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for our native apps.
- Advocate for our mobile customers: You will learn everything about how ezCater’s customers use our native apps and you will be a champion for them in everything you and your team do.
- Drive Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of product development from ideation, prototyping, testing, launching, and iterating. Ensure the timely delivery of features that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
- Measure Success: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the features and improvements you deliver. Leverage data and customer feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Champion Mobile UX: Advocate for best practices in mobile app UX/UI, ensuring our apps provide intuitive, reliable and delightful experiences for users on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with customers and internal teams to gather and synthesize insights. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions that address the needs of both the demand and supply side of our marketplace.
- Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement, and implement strategies to keep us ahead, ensuring our marketplace delivers an unparalleled.

What You Have:
- Product Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on mobile app development.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mobile technologies, user experience, and design principles for native apps
- Analytical Mindset: Deep analytic ability, comfort working with and manipulating data, building hypotheses to inform innovative solutions.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you’re happy spending much of the day away from your desk connecting with team members in different functional areas.
- Customer-Centric: You have a strong sense of empathy for our users and are passionate about solving their problems with thoughtful, elegant solutions.
- Adaptability: A flexible mindset that is open to change and new information. You’re first to understand when team behaviors and work methods need to adapt to new information.
- Drive: Proven experience innovating on behalf of customers. You're not just about maintaining the status quo - you strive to understand what customers truly need and find creative solutions.
- A proven track-record when it comes to stakeholder management; you feel confident partnering with demanding internal groups and effectively managing expectations.
- Goal orientation and demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors. You’re motivated to deliver exceptional results, driven by a strong work ethic.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $168,000*
