Work Arrangement: Remote (2 days onsite/2 days remote)

Position Summary: 
ErinoakKids is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO. This position provides executive level administrative assistance, creative problem solving, the ability to multi-task, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative and calendar support in a highly responsible and confidential manner;
  • Responsible for all aspects of meeting arrangements including scheduling and coordinating  meetings, reserving meeting space, arranging for equipment and/or catering as required, and preparing and distributing all meeting materials;
  • Attends meetings to record, transcribe and issue approved Minutes to committee members;
  • Follows up on action items arising out of internal meetings;
  • Assists with the organization and preparation of presentations using a variety of software;
  • Ensures confidentiality, accuracy and continuity of information internally and externally;
  • Works closely with the Board Liaison to ensure that there is strong and efficient administrative support to the Executive Office and the Board of Directors;
  • Provides support to other Administrative Assistants as needed;
  • Provides administrative support on special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an executive assistant role;
  • Post-secondary education in business/office administration or a related field;
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • A proven track record of successful project management support;
  • Proficient in a variety of software applications including knowledge of database software processes (Meditech is a strong asset).
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a sensitive and confidential manner;
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
