Relevant degree and CPA designation nearly completed, 4-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, 1 year of supervisory experience preferred, Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience, Knowledgeable in Xero.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage banking relationships and prepare cash reports for Canada and USA
- Oversee Accounts Payable Reconciliation and vendor payments
- Generate and review monthly client invoices and accounts receivable reconciliations
- Prepare month-end GL entries, reconciliations, and assist with budgeting
- Process regulatory filings and provide timely ad hoc reporting
