Your missions

The company is a rapidly growing startup based in the midwestern United States that coordinates recurring lawn, yard, and snow removal services on behalf of a broad base of customers and a network of third-party service providers.

We are looking for a highly-organized individual to join our team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be tasked with recruiting, credentialing, and managing Lumberjack’s network of service providers in the lawn, yard, and snow removal industry, and will hold a key role in our operations team ensuring that services are delivered on time and on budget. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, time-sensitive problem solving capabilities, the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, and the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve potential service issues before they arise.

The role will also assist the customer service team on an as needed basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced.



  • Recruit, credential, and manage a network of service providers in the lawn, yard, and snow removal industry

  • Distribute jobs to our service provider network and ensure that work is being completed correctly and on-time

  • Evaluate the performance of service providers in our network and use this information to drive more efficient job distribution decisions

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records

  • Respond to customer and provider emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all queries are fully resolved

  • Answer inbound calls and triage service issues in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Perform other back office duties as assigned




Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite of products

  • Experience using Google Earth or similar software preferred

  • Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM Central Time (US)

  • Prior experience coordinating maintenance for property management companies a plus

  • Prior experience working in the lawn, garden, and/or landscaping industry a plus
