Join Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team and embark on a transformative journey aiming to support our business ambitions with valuable Tech products and services.  Our global Tech team operates in an agile manner within a dynamic product organization. Covering especially WMS, TMS and ATP processes for the Management Entity Southern Europe. The Supply chain Proximity will also manage some legacy application end-to-end  (needs, delivery, tests, go live) in a project manager role. 

Your key missions:

You will collect local insights and feedback on products, conduct change management activities, ensure the secure deployment of global products in Affiliates, and facilitate the engagement of local Key User communities.

  • Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain: You will conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within the specific product domain, and arbitrate/challenge their claims and analyze affiliate data and feedback so tailored solutions that address their specific needs and align with the product's offerings can be considered by Product teams

  • Incident Management: You will act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team within the ME, provide functional skills to qualify incidents and orient them to the right capability teams

  • Performing roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope: You will gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, prepare relevant change plan & activities and perform local change impact assessment and change activities to ease local adoption of global products, support test activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities

  • Value Realization : You will collect & consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered from Products at affiliate level

  • Good knowledge in the product domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scope

  • You have experience with WMS, TMS tools. ERP experience (JDE, SAP, NAV…) is recommended

  • Mastery of adoption and change management methods & tools

  • Mastery of testing and deployment methods & tools

  • Understanding of agile principles & associated ways of working

  • Collaboration & team spirit

  • You speak fluently English and French. Spanish or Italiano is a plus
