The Head of Organizational Architecting and High - Performance Organization will lead the organizational model blueprint, design principles and Agile Transformation program of the entity with more than 7000 employees and lead the organizational evolvement and changes, overarching organizational governance framework, service models, roles and responsibilities. This role will be in strong coordination with her/his peers in Global Organizational Management, AZS Regions and you will gain a solid experience in an international and multicultural environment. The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to different lines of business. This role has strategic importance in the context of expanding business footprints to new locations, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning, collaboration and ongoing organizational evolution.

 

What you do:

  • Lead the organizational evolvement and changes, overarching organizational governance framework, service models, roles and responsibilities and be the owner of the organizational design principles and capability based operating model frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance of organizational design with respective regulatory requirements and Allianz Group´s corporate rules.
  • Structure for the establishment of the new branches and locations, collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure efficient, effective and compliant branch/locations set up including clear guidance of roles and responsibilities, key workflows, processes and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational design  post-implementation, adjust as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive Organizational Streamlining workstream in coordination with Group Organizational Management to keep the organization lean and efficient and also drive Agile Transformation as the Agile Transformation Officer of Allianz Services.
  • Implement agile organizational model and agile ways of working into global service lines and central functions, ensure a streamlined and agile organizational model in line with AZ Services needs, targets and Allianz Group´s Agile Transformation Blueprint.
  • Conceptualize and implement reporting lines structures and maintain the data sets jointly with the Global Performance Management/Data function and People and Culture function deliver the main KPIs for the monthly and quarterly management updates.
  • Owner of the respective internal regulations and guidance related to Service Design and Organizational Design and lead development and ongoing support on data maintenance process for AZS incl. close cooperation with all EMT Offices.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Min. 8-10 years of experience in Insurance, Services or in Consulting, with 2-3 years’ experience in Organizational Management in Allianz.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory environments, controls frameworks, tools and processes, experience in working with senior stakeholders on organizational governance frameworks.
  • Solid and hands on experience in Agile Organizational Transformation.
  • Previous experience in leadership with proven ability to lead direct and cross functional teams (lead by example). Team player who takes responsibility and seeks impulses for innovation.
  • Deep understanding on AZ Services Business Model, Service Lines, Right Shoring Models and ability to align with business objectives, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics and execution roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to constructively collaborate with various stakeholders in headquarter as well as in the regions.
  • Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
