Your missions

What you’ll do as a Fleet Controller: 

 

As a Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for optimising operations efficiency through effective utilisation of equipment and resources. Ensuring movement of freight in accordance with schedules and time deadlines.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Co-ordinate the allocation of workloads to maximise the efficient use of all assets
  • Prepare, complete and maintain daily control and allocation of PUD fleet to ensure pick-ups are in line with customer requirements
  • Provide feedback to customers internal / external as required on status of pick up and deliveries
  • To ensure vehicles allocated to pick up dangerous goods comply with the Australian Dangerous Good Code
  • Ensure that where bulk dangerous goods are to be picked up, the driver is holder of the appropriate licence
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to the on-going development of Operational procedures and documentation consistent with the Toll Management System
  • At all times, ensure employees and contractors work in accordance with the established procedures and practices of the business.

Hours – Monday to Friday, 5am – 2pm.
