What are we looking for?
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be a key member of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, responsible for building and maintaining the automation framework to ensure high-quality software delivery. Your role will be critical in improving software quality and enabling more consistent product releases. Working in an Agile development environment, you will drive initiatives to assess, mitigate risks, and address quality challenges.
What are you expected to do?
- Develop effective, reusable, and maintainable test automation scripts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to plan, develop, and execute test cases and test suites.
- Contribute to the creation of test plans and strategies for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in the development of automation frameworks using various design patterns and install required packages.
- Integrated automated tests run into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines.
- Debug and review code from other team members, providing constructive feedback.
- Update automation scripts regularly to ensure comprehensive functional coverage.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to deliver the best possible testing outcomes.
- Stay current with industry software testing tools and best practices to continuously improve the QA process.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience writing and running test automation scripts.
- You are proficient in Web, API, and/or Mobile testing.
- You have experience with at least one of the following test automation tools: Cypress, Selenium, Protractor/WebdriverIO, Browser Stack, etc.
- You have strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Node.js.
- You have working experience with Git, Agile software development practices, and Jira.
- You have experience with CICD tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar platforms.
We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or the finance domain is an added advantage.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
