Automation Engineer

ProArch is looking for a talented Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers and QA teams to analyze application requirements and design effective test strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement automation testing frameworks.
• Identify and analyze software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Document testing processes, test plans, and results for better transparency and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in automation testing technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in software automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Strong hands-on experience towards framework development using any of the frameworks like SpecFlow, NUnit, MSUnit, XUnit.
• Experience in Test Scripts development using tools like Selenium
• Awareness of test case management tools e.g., JIRA/TFS
• Knowledge on CI-CD and experience in integrating test scripts to DevOps. Experience working in In-Sprint automation teams within the Agile landscape.
• Knowledge on Source Code repository tools e.g., SVN, Git
• Experience working in build management tools e.g., Ant, Maven, Gradle etc., (Good to have at least one)
• Experience writing test scripts, executing test cases, and debugging the failures.
• Adherent to Agile methodologies and driving the team to practice the same.
