Job description

MANDYNAMIC is looking for Dutch speaking customer service agents on behalf of a multinational company for a new telecommunications project.

Candidates based in Greece and willing to work on site or remotely anywhere in Greece

Working hours:

20 hours

Schedule:

Monday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
Wednesday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
Friday: 4 hours (10.00-14.00)
Tuesday and Thursday off

Responsibilities:

To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service via phone, possibly (email and chat). The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
