UI IX Designer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Salary: 3,000 3,500 gross per month (depending on experience)
Relocation: Yes (Relocation package from EU, including flights and one month of accommodation)
Work Permit: EU citizens only

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UI team to design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create and update marketing materials in line with the brands visual identity.
• Continuously improve the websites user interface, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design banners, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
• Participate in brand development projects to ensure visual consistency with the overall brand strategy.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and improve user interactions based on insights.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to apply to projects.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end development knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with brand development and visual identity design is a plus.
• Experience working remotely in a team environment is a plus.
