Job description

700Apps is on the lookout for a Senior Integration Engineer to join our talented team. As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that connect various systems and applications. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs, develop robust solutions, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions using various APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including workflows and data mappings.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Work closely with software development and IT teams to ensure alignment and support for integration initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior integration engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in integration engineering, or related roles.
  • 1 year of experience in IBM Datapower is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, ETL, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with cloud integration services and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
