Job description

This is a remote position.

ITTConnect is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. 
Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil, following US Pacific time zone (8am - 4pm PST)


Requirements
  • At least 12+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • MUST be fluent in English
  • MUST have experience with UIBuilder
  • Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances)
  • HRSD – should be conversant
  • Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS
  • Strong JavaScript skills
  • Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods
  • ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API’s
  • Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
  • Performance Analytics
  • Highly desirable experience working for US based clients
