Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. In this position, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes for the company. You will work directly with and assist the Sr. Human Resources Manager to fulfill a variety of HR responsibilities, with a primary focus on recruiting tasks. This includes sourcing, screening and hiring to fill all positions. You must track and maintain all employee data using the HRIS software, so strong computer and clerical skills are a must. You will also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape NinjaHoldings future by identifying and managing top talent in the financial technology industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications
  • Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates
  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
  • Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek and track high potential candidates
  • Assist with new-hire procedures, including employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Perform other HR tasks/projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years related experience, including some technical recruiting
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
