Position: Senior Account Executive
Location: Remote
Category: Flexible, Part-time (15 hours) to Full-time (40 hours)
Reports to: VP of Sales
Compensation: High Commission + Equity until Break-Even, transitioning to Base Salary

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative SaaS software solutions to a diverse range of clients from commercial to faith-based to social movement organizations. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our software solutions.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
  • Activity Tracking and Reporting: Entry of all sales related activities including customer engagement, account plans and forecasts in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition including our focus on virtues to customers
  • Results driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience selling to non-profit, faith-based or social movement orgs a plus

Compensation Opportunity: Competitive commission structure + Equity incentives until break-even.

As part of the SOULCHI team, you will participate in our equity-based compensation model plus commission, aligning your success with the success of our business. After the break-even point, equity freezes, and compensation transitions to salary + benefits. Equity percentage is paid out annually as part of profit sharing.
