This is a hybrid remote position. You will be required to work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while the remainder of the week can be worked remotely. Please note that to be considered for this position, you must reside in Austin, Texas.

Century Consulting Services is currently on the lookout for dedicated Client Support Specialists who embodies excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong team spirit. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and enjoy going the extra mile to exceed expectations, you may be the perfect fit for our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries via email, and phone calls, making effective organizational and prioritization skills crucial. Familiarity with Excel, proper email etiquette, and Word is also essential. Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00 – 7:00 pm est.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming requests via phone from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Educate them on company product
  • Provide quality service in the areas of handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance
  • Enter detailed notes into our CRM system
  • Respond to email correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Suggest ways to improve the customer experience

  • Minimum of 1 year phone-based customer service experience
