Growth over the next five years is expected to be both organic and inorganic. This growth has created an immediate need for a Processes Implementor & Quality Analyst. Supporting the PMO team, the Processes Implementor will hold a critical individual contributor role, responsible for testing, analyzing and ensure the quality of the PMO processes, establishing procedures and scenarios for quality control.

  • Develop and implement a quality plan, create and manage KPIS
  • Report non conformities and track action planning.
  • The main goal of quality assurance is to ensure that processes meet quality, satisfying customer requirements and our standards.



Minimum Qualifications and Skills:


  • Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or economic science.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in process auditing/internal control/internal and/or external auditing. Desirable in a service company. Independent / flexible problem-solver with the ability to adapt as the business grows.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/BPM/Business Process Management/Cobit.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Desirable).
  • Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools: Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, PDCA Cycle, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team with changing priorities
  • Advanced English level is a must
