Your missions

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Interviewer to take charge of evaluating candidates for our Android and iOS development roles. Given that we do not have internal resources to support this function, you will be responsible for independently leading the interview process, from designing technical assessments to providing insightful feedback. Your expertise will help us maintain a high standard of excellence in our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Technical Interviews: Execute comprehensive technical interviews for Android and iOS developer candidates, focusing on coding skills, problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with mobile development best practices.

  • Design Assessment Materials: Create and refine interview questions, coding challenges, and technical assessments tailored to our specific needs and industry standards.

  • Provide Feedback: Deliver detailed and constructive feedback on candidate performance to hiring managers and recruiters to support informed hiring decisions.

  • Manage the Interview Process: Independently handle all aspects of the technical interviewing process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.

  • Consult with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define assessment criteria, and align interview strategies with team needs.

  • Ensure Consistency: Maintain consistency and fairness in the interview process by applying standardized evaluation metrics and best practices.

  • Document and Report: Keep detailed records of candidate assessments and provide regular updates and insights to the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Android or iOS development, with a robust portfolio demonstrating successful projects and technical leadership.

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of mobile development frameworks, tools, and languages (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C). Familiarity with modern development practices and architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).

  • Interviewing Skills: Demonstrated experience in conducting technical interviews and assessments, with a proven ability to evaluate candidates’ technical skills effectively.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and provide actionable feedback.

  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage the interview process without internal support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a senior or lead developer role, with a background in mentoring or coaching other engineers.

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is advantageous.

  • Previous experience working with external clients or organizations in a recruitment or consulting capacity.
