We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our Employee Relations team, remote-based. Reporting to the Global Director of Employee Relations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide advice, counsel and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive employee matters;
  • Act as escalation for highly complex employee relations matters to provide recommendations that mitigate risk;
  • Identify and drive philosophies and programmes to foster constructive employee relations.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 
  • Must have 8 years overall experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in Employee Relations
  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field
  • In-depth knowledge and application of EMEA-wide labor and employment law and regulations
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in supporting Global Teams
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations
  • Experience within the Technology sector
