Your missions

As a Content Marketing Manager at VIVERSE, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and driving engagement through the creation of high-quality content. This hands-on role demands a creative and strategic thinker, ideally with a background in journalism, who can produce a diverse range of content both quickly and accurately. Collaborating closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you will distill key information into compelling product messaging and positioning. Additionally, you'll create fresh, SEO-optimized content to attract new visitors to our website. You excel at understanding the value of our products and crafting marketing messages that resonate with our target audience. Your work will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, supporting sales with relevant content throughout the sales journey, and contributing to the overall growth of our SaaS solutions.

This role is fully remote and open to applicants based in the UK and Ireland.

Job Responsibilities

Expert Copywriting

  • Produce a variety of content, including eBooks, case studies, website copy, blogs, and sales enablement materials, tailored to different audience needs.
  • Craft compelling customer case studies that showcase success stories and emphasize the benefits of our products.
  • Write persuasive, audience-specific copy that aligns with the company’s voice and tone across all platforms.
  • Develop persuasive, SEO-friendly website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and blog posts.
  • Create effective sales enablement materials, such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations, to support the sales team.
  • Own the creation of marketing landing pages tailored to specific use cases for VIVERSE solutions.
  • Update product listing pages on viverse.com and viveport.com with engaging and accurate copy.

Collaboration with Product & Marketing

  • Collaborate with the in-house designer to create sales enablement materials, including brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Product & Marketing teams to develop and approve copy blocks and messaging frameworks for use across various departments.
  • Ensure all product-related content—web pages, product release updates, press releases, and marketing materials—is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with product messaging and positioning.
  • Provide writing support for product launches and other key marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive communication.

Content Management

  • Manage the blog calendar and produce content that drives new traffic to the website, including thought leadership articles, product updates, industry-specific content, how-to guides, and trend topics.
  • Develop monthly content calendars to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Own the visual content plan, including the creation of videos and graphic designs. Contribute to writing scripts and copy for infographics and other visual materials.
  • Regularly update website content to reflect new product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze content performance and implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Person Specification
