We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team and oversee the development of our game updates. The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer with a deep understanding of the game development process, from concept through to launch, and beyond. As a Senior Game Producer, you will manage cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between departments, and ensure features are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

- Lead the production of one or more feature teams, from pre-production to post-launch
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and business teams to define goals, deliverables, and schedules
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality updates
- Act as the central point of contact for communication between teams, ensuring alignment across departments (art, design, engineering, marketing, etc.)
- Identify and mitigate risks, removing obstacles to ensure the team can meet its goals
- Foster a positive, creative, and productive working environment for the development team
- Oversee and facilitate milestone reviews, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards
- Support the team in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior producers and other team members
- Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors as needed
