Senior Frontend Engineer

As an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the web-based user interface of our SaaS product. You will use technologies like React.js and TypeScript to provide an intuitive, responsive, and engaging user experience. If you are passionate about developing high-quality software products and enjoy working in a cross-functional team with quick decision-making processes, you will fit right in with us!

Your role

• Develop and maintain features for end users in a high-quality, scalable, and intuitive SaaS web application using React.js and TypeScript
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries to deliver consistent user interfaces across the application
• Work closely with the product and design team to turn problems into solutions and foster a collaborative and communicative working environment
• Implement feature toggling to manage the release of new functions
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices in software development
• Implement and use CI/CD pipelines to automate and improve development workflows

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a frontend developer in agile software development, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Redux, responsive design, CSS preprocessing, RESTful APIs, Git, and a11y standards
• Experience in test-driven development
• Commitment to clean code, reusability, and testability
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Working permit for Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud services / AWS
• Knowledge in CI/CD/IaC
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
