You’ll install and services chemical feed and water treatment equipment at designated locations.

● Acting as the local technical consultant and liaison with customer management and
customer representatives at site
● Providing service and support to prescribed customer sites.
● Coordinating functions with Area Field Services Lead/Management/Senior FSRs
● Performing water analysis and/or collects samples for preparation, labelling and
shipment to designated laboratory for analysis.
● Completing and distributes on site report based on any work carried out at site.
● Troubleshooting and repairing pumps, instruments and control panels.
● Calibrating feed pumps, conductivity sensors, flow sensors and pH sensors.
● Conducting preventative maintenance on water treatment plant, chemical feed
pumps, controllers and instrumentation.
● Keeping maintenance records up to date for sites.
● Maintaining inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, piping, etc.), and adequate
supply of reagents, sample containers, and shipment containers necessary for
routine as well as special sampling and analysis.
● Relaying Customer feedback to Field Services, Commercial and/or Technical
Department.
● Recommending appropriate site procedural and/or policy changes that will help
overall effectiveness.
● You will be flexible in role and can support sites at distributed geographic locations within
region.
● Traveling to and providing support to/operates Mobile projects if/when necessary.
● Remaining on call-out duty if and when required as prescribed by the UKIN team
call out schedules (normally 1 week every 4-5 weeks)

● Conducting training of customers and other personnel to enable them to operate
prescribed BOO/Mobile equipment safely and effectively when FSR is not on site.
● Conducting training of company trainees in the various site technical functions
encompassed by the position of Field Service Representative.

Qualifications

You'll have:

● Qualifications in a suitable Science, Engineering or technical discipline preferred or
equivalent or have mechanical based experience from apprenticeships or site experience of
maintenance.
● Water treatment equipment operation/Maintenance
● Mechanical maintenance experience
● Full UK driving licence
