Customer ServiceMonday - Friday 35 hours£22,0006 month contract7th October start dateRemote (need to be local to Newcastle)Do you have outstanding customer service skills? Have experience dealing with vulnerable customers? Want to work from the comfort of your own home?I am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their bereavement team!What will you be doing?* Supporting families through bereavements* Liaising with 3rd parties such as solicitors and funeral directors* Reviewing documentation and updating the case accordingly* Providing a professional and empathetic approach* Completing administration on the systemWhat do you need to apply?* Proven experience dealing with vulnerable customers* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* Experience within financial services would be desirableMust be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!
