Your missions

We’re looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our remote team at Navreo 🚀


In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our business operations, helping to craft and execute campaign strategies, communicate with clients, and manage our highly personalised, AI-driven lead-scoring system in Clay.


You’ll collaborate closely with the team, ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day, campaign execution, and automation processes. With minimal administrative tasks and a focus on strategic leadership, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and drive meaningful results.


Type: Full-Time

Location: 100% Remote

Estimated Earnings: £48K - £60K (dependent on experience)


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Lead the strategy around personalising outreach and scoring leads for maximum conversion.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to understand client needs and shape campaigns accordingly (CSM will be first POC, you will be second).
  • Lead Management: Oversee list-building, review prospect accuracy, and ensure effective segmentation in Clay using AI-driven workflows.
  • Campaign Personalization & Optimization: Personalize outreach and monitor campaign performance to refine targeting strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Operational Coordination: Work with the CSM, list-builder, and inbox manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven Operations Experience: 2+ years of campaign operations or strategy development, ideally in a highly technical or automated environment.
    • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to quickly resolve operational challenges and continuously optimize workflows.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using low-code tools and automations (experience with tools like Clay is a plus).
    • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, especially in managing complex workflows and client campaigns.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly articulate strategy and updates to both clients and internal teams.
    • Innovative & Open to Feedback: A self-starter who thrives on challenging the status quo and improving existing processes.
