Finance Assistant - PH

• Php 25,000 - 30,000 Php / Month
• Fulltime, Work from home
• Sydney, Australian Time zone (Day Shift)
• HMO 
• 13th month pay

• Manage Xero File: Understand the business story, reconcile accounts in Xero, and prepare financial statements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile all bank accounts.
• Analyse Information: Assist in preparing analysis reports and project reports.
• Organise database: Regularly update and maintain documents and databases. Keep our financial records up-to-date and assist in preparing reports.
• Collaborate with the team: Work alongside our finance professionals to address basic finance issues and support overall finance management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills
• Familiar with using the XERO accounting system
• Can work with the ZOOM camera open
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
