What are we looking for?
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for executing large-scale data migration and CRM remediation projects, supporting our HubSpot Operations team. This role involves close collaboration with the Solutions Consulting team and in-house developers to implement marketing automation, integration, reconfiguration, and sales/service projects. Additionally, you will provide continuous support throughout the onboarding lifecycle. A key aspect of this role is managing, extracting, and merging large volumes of data from complex sources while ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.


What are you expected to do?

  • Assist the Solutions Consulting team in defining business requirements during the scoping phase of integration and reconfiguration projects.
  • Technically implement HubSpot automation across all Hubs and assess data to deliver insightful project analysis.
  • Manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to meet project expectations.
  • Facilitate HubSpot account setup tasks and configurations.
  • Create and manage properties or pipelines based on project spreadsheets in collaboration with clients.
  • Handle data synchronization and curation.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to implement workflows, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates on project status.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
