Role: Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Description

As an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer, you understand the complexities of the role. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical expertise and hands-on experience, enabling the delivery of projects on time and within budget.


You will take complex requirements and design, estimate, and deliver solutions, adhering to best practice methodologies for formatting and deployment processes. You will contribute to the J4RVIS code repository, participate in defining J4RVIS development standards, and mentor developers to improve their coding skills.


Managing customer expectations, guiding the delivery team, and ensuring a successful project outcome are integral parts of the role. We're looking for customer-centric individuals who align with our culture and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development team to achieve business outcomes and maintain technical excellence.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Share knowledge and experience with other J4RVIS team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand requirements and design solutions that meet long-term objectives.
  • Maintain and pass Salesforce certifications associated with platform knowledge and architecture.
  • Demonstrate best practices in deployment and branching strategies.
  • Address complex Salesforce implementation challenges and provide solutions to overcome them.
  • Understand and navigate Salesforce Governor Limits (SOQL, DML, heap size) effectively.
  • Display proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), including the use of decorators.
  • Explain the difference between custom metadata and custom settings and their appropriate use cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to role locking and error codes.
  • Work effectively with functional and cross-functional teams, prioritizing tasks across multiple teams when necessary.
  • Mentor team members, fostering their growth and development.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder 1/2, Javascript Developer 1, and System Architect certifications.
  • Proven experience in handling complex Salesforce implementations and addressing related challenges.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and how to work within them.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and experience with Visualforce pages.
  • Ability to differentiate between custom metadata and custom settings.
  • Experience in resolving Salesforce role locking issues and preventing related errors.
  • Familiarity with functional and cross-functional teams, and the ability to prioritize work across multiple teams.
  • Experience in performing code reviews, managing branching strategies, and mentoring other developers.


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder 1/2, Javascript Developer 1, and System Architect certifications.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an appointment setter in the BPO industry
  • Strong experience in lead generation and or telesales
  • Fluent in English with excellent comprehension, verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and adjust sales approach accordingly
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Minimum 2-years outbound call center experience
