This extremely rare opportunity has opened within an innovative and well known national agency in Inner Brisbane who are all about providing excellent service to their clients using the latest technology and holds a fantastic reputation across QLD and interstate. Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in-office role.

The Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 120 properties (Southside Portfolio). Predominantly new builds
  • Entry & exit condition reports
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date
  • End to end with support provided. Super clean portfolio

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Property Management
  • The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
  • Hard-working and honest work ethic
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers license
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
