Your Role:

As a Digital Marketer, You Will

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive website traffic and generate leads, and generate applications to our careers page.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing consultant, Leadership Team, healthcare professionals) to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage the company's website and social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmentation, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer engagement and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with website management and content management systems (e.g., MailChimp, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
