Job Description

  • Backup, recovery, availability, scalability best practices and hands on implementation

  • Database tuning, internals and query optimizations

  • OS knowledge (linux, processes, troubleshooting, resources)

  • Storage systems

  • Knowledge of normalization

  • Excellent SQL knowledge

  • Scripting (bash, python)

  • Stored procedures, functions and triggers
